KEY LOCK

The standard locking system, equipped with a central locking system and cylinder lock, is supplied with two keys. The patented locking feature works on all drawers simultaneously. Each cabinet is equipped with a different cylinder (with different numbering). A cylinder with equal numbering is also available on request.

CODE LOCK

In the Code Lock system, the key is replaced by a numeric combination. Huni drawer cabinets can be opened using a simple numerical combination of four to six numbers. Up to 20 individual codes can be programmed with a master code, which can be deleted at any time. In a company with many employees, an individual access system can be implemented with Code Lock cabinets. The Code Lock system is battery operated and independent of the mains power supply.

REMOTE LOCK E REMOTE LOCK MOBILE

Remote Lock and its twin Remote Lock Mobile are electronic locking systems with manual radio controls. Unlocking is carried out by means of a radio pulse. Access permissions are assigned via the programming key. The interlinking of two or more cabinets is also possible with the help of specific elements. You can decide whether to equip the connected drawer cabinets with individual locking (2-pole connection element) or with a single (4-pole connection element). The Remote Lock system is connected to the power supply, while the Remote Lock Mobile device has a rechargeable battery.

DRAWER SAFETY SYSTEM

Two locking systems guarantee maximum safety in drawer cabinets on wheels. In the version with a right-hand single locking device (each drawer) is equipped with a ratchet mounted under the handle. In all wheeled drawer cabinets, this type of closing is mandatory.

All drawers with full extension

All Huni Italiana cabinets come exclusively with full drawer extension, which allows an easy and rapid access to the stored items.

All the bearings of the full extension runners are made of POM, which helps a very silent opening of the drawers and the same mechanical features as by steel bearings.

Technical features of cabinets

The use of scratch-resistant eco-paint, in ten different colors, makes the creation of tailored, functional and, above all, healthy environments possible.

Besides, special targeted holes on the top of the cabinets allow you to change the external shape without adding new slots and without re-painting. Our cabinet covers are specially designed to prevent damage and wear.

For more exigent customers, seeking extra protection, we also offer latest generation locks with remote-controlled electronic opening mechanisms, which allow you to simultaneously operate various cabinet locks.

CUSTOMIZED INNOVATION

1) Drawer closing

All drawer cabinets have a patented central locking system which works simultaneously on all drawers.

2) Drawer front

All drawer handles have lateral caps and are flush with cabinet housing. This not only looks good, but it also prevents injuries.

3) Safety locking system

As standard feature, the single-drawer blocking system blocks all other drawers when one drawer is pulled out. This provides reliable protection against the toppling of the cabinet.

4) All drawers with 100% full extension

The differential extension system grants a total silent drawer movement also when heavy objects are stored. It also allows full extension which allows an easy access to parts which have been placed at the rear of the drawer.

5) Base

The base allows the cabinet height to be adjusted. Beginning from a certain size, cabinets can be provided with a forklift base. This allows the cabinets to be moved with a forklift truck.
